Once you started the project, your team worked solidly almost every day until it was finished on time and on budget. The various tradespeople did their work to very high standards of craftsmanship and professionalism. They also worked together closely and were supportive and polite towards me. I appreciated the fact that you so closely monitored all the work and ensured it met your high personal standards. I was very impressed for example that when you were unhappy with some of the flooring, on your own initiative, without any comment from me, you redid the work and replaced it. I was grateful that you always made me feel welcome on the site and I was impressed by the professional way you handled the changes I requested. In particular I appreciated the way you carefully costed and documented proposed changes and sought my formal approval before proceeding, so that I was fully aware of costs throughout the process. In hindsight, having my architect supervise construction was unnecessary, and if! was to build or renovate again, I would prefer to work directly with you.
